Our first meeting with Diane, she took a look around the house and let us know what we could do to make our home more desirable to buyers, as well as an idea on asking price, she even provided us with a professional as we staged our home. Diane Bennett was literally an answer to our prayers. Buying a house from 2,000 miles away is not an easy task. Well, unless you have someone like Diane on your team. Not only was she willing to go the extra mile to Zoom and Face Time viewings for us. After she helped us find the house of our dreams, she also advocated for us from afar during the negotiation phase. And then, after the sale was complete - she continued to serve us - by lining up vendors and overseeing renovation projects that we wanted to get done before we moved in. Once a property was chosen, Diane and Melanie arranged for inspections and after the sale was agreed upon, both Diane and Melanie helped in the closing process and in lining up contractors to do repairs associated with those inspections. Diane Bennett is one of the most amazing human beings I have ever met, not to mention realtor. She brought not only the professionalism and expertise that my wife and I needed as we navigated the search for our first home, but Diane also served as a mediator and counselor. There were two occasions where our complicated schedules conflicted with Diane's and in both cases, Diane had Kim and Jill assist, and both of them were amazing as well.
