✅  2026.02.02:  In the Agent Script area of the weekly office email, depending on what the script says, add a Link to an area of our website that touches THAT script. For this week's it said, "What have you been doing?"... a LINK to our Local Events-Things to Do could be included.   2/2/2026  Thanks for the great suggestion. I added this note to the top of the weekly email draft so that hopefully that gets remembered in future.

2026.01.27: New suggestions that came from SOC but afterwards:

Love the ADD a SEARCH button idea for the website.  ✅ 1/27/2026  Thanks for noticing this was discussed in SOC, and we will put this on a list of requests for DAKNO improvements. This did not get written on SOC notes, so is just now added here. We will ask DAKNO if there can be a button to search our site for information found on/in the site.

You were discussing the Jonathan McKinnies "all about you" form and wanting to add to Dakno.  I suggest getting a quote from them to see if it's worth the cost. The new Budget Committee should approve.   ✅ 1/27/2026  Yes! Great idea. Thanks!

✅ When we record SOC audio, the computer doing the recording should be at the middle of the table to hear others on both ends. Folks tend to speak over one another so it's difficult to understand what's being said.  Might be hard to navigate, but it would help for listeners.  1/27/2026  Thanks for the great suggestion. This has been added to SOC notes so we can see it again when we next do this.

✅ Can the REVIEWS not be generic so we can post them wherever we want to? OR to send them to our website and then we have control over it, right? 1/27/2026  Unfortunately no. We can copy/paste from ANY other site to our site, but we need clients / friends to post on the various sites, if we want representation or reviews on the various sites. Otherwise it looks as though we post our own everywhere.

2026.01.16:  Suggestions from SOC Listening Session:  ✅ 1/26/2026  Thanks for these GREAT suggestions. I suspect we'll have to prioritize these for what we even CAN do, and what should happen first. Please keep the suggestions coming, especially if you have further ideas for implementing any of these from SOC. Thanks, again!

Property management … adding as a revenue source

Lunch and Learn for property managers … or for apartment managers … how can we assist your renters … we want to be able to refer ppl to you. How can we take your complex to the next level.

Find apartment complexes who would allow us to have First Time Homebuyer class in their clubroom.

Can we do competitions and giveaways? “Win this if you tag, post, etc.” to increase algorithms and followings?

Survey teammates for vendors to add to Preferred Biz page.

AGENTS: Check in with clients a couple of days post closing, “How’s it going? Do you need anything else from me? I do work off referrals, would you be willing to take the time to write a review?”

Could we rotate where reviews go … every month?  (Push the reviews to various places - changed by the month?)

Can the "agent reels" videos from Facebook be posted on our Google search page?

Do we want a “search” place on our site to search the site for what’s ON our site?

What if we put a video out there explaining how to use our website.

Create HOW TO videos with preferred highlighted vendors.

Videos with our vendors about trades and things youngsters may want to do for careers

Make a fun video of what our TC does for us.

Create a “Moving to Michiana/South Bend/Granger, etc.” YouTube video. Add to our Google page, too.

✅  Create and live on a budget - for financial solvency.  1/26/2026  Finance Committee has been meeting for 3-4 months and is diligently working on this.

2026.01: Could we get a professional cleaner to come in this year to scrub the office floors?  ✅ 1/12/26: We have a plan to have this completed by January 31.   1/27/26 Due to the weather, this has been pushed to be completed by February 28.

✅ 2025.11: Can the "add a testimonial" fill out form portion be moved to the top on the testimonial page?  11/5/2025: Yes, great suggestion! Completed.
